PNG → JPG

Compresses PNG to JPG with strong optimization and metadata cleanup. Batch, all in-browser.

🔒 Files are never uploaded — conversion and metadata cleanup happen right in your browser.

How it works

Drop one or more PNGs, pick the quality with the slider and download the result — file by file or as a ZIP. Compression uses the mozjpeg codec right in your browser; if it is unavailable, the browser's built-in encoder is used. Metadata is stripped either way.

FAQ

Are my images uploaded to a server?

No. Compression and metadata cleanup run in your browser. Files are never sent anywhere.

Is it really “without quality loss”?

JPG is a lossy format, so truly lossless is impossible. But at quality 80–90 the difference is visually imperceptible while the PNG weight drops several times over. The quality slider lets you pick the balance.

What happens to metadata (EXIF, GPS)?

The image is rebuilt from raw pixels, so EXIF, geolocation and other metadata never make it into the result — they are stripped automatically.

What about PNG transparency?

JPG has no transparency, so transparent areas are filled with a white background before conversion.
